The Gist: Northgate Gonzalez Market is opening this spring in Chino at the former Clark’s Nutrition site. The family owned grocery chain specializes in fresh tortillas, authentic panadería treats, and prepared Mexican foods. To get the store ready for the neighborhood, the market is partnering with the city to fill various roles in the meat, bakery, and cashier departments.
