🏛 Claremont updating speed limits citywide
The Gist: Claremont kicked off a citywide initiative on Oct. 7 to install new speed limit signs and update pavement markings based on the city's 2026 Engineering and Traffic Survey. The project will wrap up in about three weeks, with newly installed signs remaining covered until updated limits go into effect.
Why It Matters: Designed to reflect current traffic patterns, the updated limits aim to keep local thoroughfares safe and seamless for Claremont drivers. Residents will get a 30-day grace period with warning notices from the Claremont Police Department before citations are issued.
🎃 Glendora brings back its Halloween Carnival
The Gist: Glendora is hosting its annual family Halloween Carnival on Saturday, Oct. 31 at the Finkbiner Park softball fields. The festive evening features carnival games, bounce houses, seasonal attractions, and local food options. Pre-sale wristbands are available for $15 at the Recreation Office and Crowther Teen and Family Center, or for $20 at the entrance on the day of the event.
Why It Matters: It offers local families an upscale, secure setting to celebrate the holiday right in the neighborhood. With curated activities and a controlled venue, it serves as a effortless seasonal gathering for parents and children alike.

Here’s something I’ve noticed after more than twenty years in real estate. The people who make the best decisions aren’t always the ones with the most experience, they’re the ones with the best strategy.
If you’re about to sell a home, inherit a property, relocate, buy an investment, or simply aren’t sure what your next move should be, you don’t need another sales pitch. You need clarity.
That’s exactly why I created the Real Estate Strategy Center.
For ninety minutes, we’ll build a customized strategy around your goals, your finances, your timeline, and your options. No pressure. No obligation to hire me. Just professional advice designed to help you make the right decision before you sign anything.
